01 The story, in three paragraphs

Why everyone keeps coming back.

Nestled in the heart of Florence at Via Antonio Pacinotti, Satori Restaurant offers an exquisite culinary journey through Japanese and Asian fusion cuisine, complemented by a refined lounge atmosphere. This elegant establishment is a sanctuary for sushi lovers and fans of authentic Asian flavors, perfectly blending tradition with contemporary flair.

Satori's menu dazzles with a thoughtfully curated selection that spans delicate sushi rolls to hearty dishes inspired by various Asian culinary traditions. Among the standout offerings are the Satori Roll, featuring salmon, creamy Philadelphia cheese, tobiko, and a luscious teriyaki glaze, and the Strawberry Roll, which surprises with the sweet freshness of strawberry combined with fried cucumber and the signature Philadelphia cheese. For those seeking noodle options, the Tagliatelle Thailandesi—rice noodles sautéed with vegetables, peanuts, and coconut—offers a harmonious balance of textures and exotic flavors, while the Yaki Soba with vegetables and succulent prawns brings an umami-packed experience to your palate.

Rice enthusiasts will appreciate the variety of fried rice dishes such as Ebi Yaki Meshi, combining shrimp, egg, and fragrant chives, or the Kani Yaki Meshi with crab meat and tobiko, each plate bursting with vibrant ingredients and impeccable seasoning. The fresh, high-quality ingredients shine through in every dish, inviting you to savor every bite with your senses fully engaged.

Beyond the food, Satori captivates guests with an ambience that balances stylish design and serene elegance. The interior evokes a calm, sophisticated mood—perfect for a relaxed dinner with friends or an intimate gathering. The lounge bar adds a modern touch, inviting guests to unwind and enjoy inventive cocktails alongside their meal.

Reviews from diners highlight not only the impeccable freshness and artistry of the cuisine but also the attentive, warm service that elevates the overall experience. Steven J. K. praises it as one of the best sushi restaurants in Florence, particularly recommending the Satori Roll and the Tiger Roll, while Pierre Lefevre admires the spectacular ambience and the meticulous detail in each sushi piece. The welcoming staff and efficient service, even in larger groups as noted by Jean-Christophe NOACHOVITCH, make every visit feel effortless and special.

Whether you’re craving an expertly crafted sushi platter, a comforting bowl of stir-fried noodles, or a vibrant plate of Asian-inspired fried rice, Satori Restaurant promises an unforgettable feast for the senses. Its seamless blend of tastes, textures, and atmosphere truly captures the spirit of contemporary Japanese dining in the heart of Italy’s cultural capital.

Probably one of the best sushi resto around Florence. With my favourite Satori Roll, Tiger Roll and Sashimi Mix. Better in individual or small group, in more than 4 people, the staff can get confused with the orders.

Simply the best Japanese all you can eat restaurant I've ever tried. The decoration and settings are gorgeous. The food is succulent and the service really quick and efficient. We spent a marvelous dinner in this restaurant and we were quiet a lot (12 persons), despite this, the service was really really fast, the waitress and waiter were very nice and sweet. Even the bathroom gives a Japanese temple atmosphere. The price quality ratio was astonished, so many choices in the menu and only for 28€, drinks and desserts are excluded but still worth the extra. I highly recommend it, the best Japanese restaurant in Firenze.

Really a great Restaurant. The food was extraordinary good, the place looks very stylish and the staff was friendly and helpful from the beginning, even though we didn't have a reservation. A big Thank You to Radu, being the one who spoke English very good and explained us the menu and recommended a very good bottle of Prosecco. Highly recommend!

From the moment we walked in, we were struck by the spectacular ambience — elegant, calm, and beautifully designed, creating the perfect setting for a memorable evening. The fish was incredibly fresh and full of flavor, each piece of sushi prepared with great attention to detail and artistry. Every dish we tried was perfectly balanced and beautifully presented. The staff truly elevated our experience, caring, patient and genuinely friendly they made us feel welcomed and well looked after throughout the meal. A special mention goes to the ansonica wine from Elba, which paired wonderfully with the sushi and added a unique touch to the evening. Everything from start to finish was impeccable. It’s rare to find a place where every element (food, service, and atmosphere) comes together so harmoniously. Our experience was simply unforgettable, and we can’t wait to return! Pierre from Nice

Totally would recommend. All-you-can-eat type of service, so you can get plenty of tasteful stuff for a relatively low price. Also the atmosphere is really interesting

Was really hesitant at first. I read some reviews about “overpricing.” But my husband and I were pleasantly surprised. The fish was fresh, the staff was lovely and anticipating our needs, and the pricing was fair for the quality food they have. We left happy and full!

The food was delicious, we took all you can eat for lunch. The staff were very friendly and professional but we had to wait for a free table although we already had reservations due to the number of customers. The sushi was my favourite. There was a lot of diversity. We also took ravioli and fried Shrimp .
